The team at Best Inspections were great to work with. Scheduling and payment was seamless. The inspection team was thorough and Doug took his time walking me through to make sure I understood not just the need-to-knows but also extra information about maintaining the house. 10/10 would hire again.

I will always sing this firms praises. I was living in Arizona and purchasing a home in Dayton, Ohio. I put a contract on one home and had Best Inspection Services perform the inspection. He uncovered some very serious problems so I did not purchase the home. The next home I purchased was a nice brick ranch and was definitely a fixer upper. Thanks to Best I had no surprises because he identified every single thing that needed to be repaired/replaced. A year and three months later I noticed the backyard side of my roof had multiple shingles lifted and they looked scrunched up in places. My insurance company told me if they were pre-existing they may not cover the replacement. I explained I just bought the property a year ago and it was professionally inspected and at that time there were no problems with the roof. We also had a tornado three blocks down the street right after we moved in. The insurance agent said if I could provide a picture showing there was no damage to the roof at the time I purchased it they would cover the damage. I contacted Best Inspection and asked if they could provide any pictures of the backyard portion of the roof from the time of the initial

We had Best Inspection Services inspect 3 homes before we found the perfect one. Throughout the process they were extremely professional and thorough. We had another close competitor perform an inspection on the first home as well. The competitor charged nearly three times what Best Inspection Services did, and they missed VERY big red flag problems with the home. Thanks to Best Inspection Services, we ended up finding a home that wasn't going to ruin us financially because of underlying issues. Thank you Doug, Charlene, and everyone at Best Inspection Services for doing such a wonderful job!

Inspection was very detailed and professional. The inspectors spotted many issues with the house that ultimately allowed better negotiation for the purchase. In the past Best also replaced a roof on a house for us. They were always on time and the roof turned out great. Everyone that I've spoken with at the office has always been very pleasant and informative. They always returned my calls and gave great guidance. I would definitely recommend Best for any service!
